Desi Cooks Laccha Paratha are flatbreads made with a simple unleavened dough consisting of basic ingredients like Refined flour, salt and ghee or oil. The specialty and uniqueness of this paratha are the various visible flaky and crispy layers that are also soft and tender. These are perfect side to serve with dals and curries.

STORAGE

Keep frozen at - 18°C or below

Best Before - 18 Months

Refined Wheat Flour , Water, Milk, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Iodized Salt.

REHEAT -

STEP I :

Remove frozen paratha from the pack.Place it on Pre heated non-stick pan or tawa.

STEP II :

Cook on Medium heat for about 2 minutes by pressing it on non-stick Pan with Gentle and even pressure.

STEP III :

Turn it over & Repeat the same process until both the surface turn golden brown in colour.

STEP IV :

Remove paratha from Pan & Serve hot with butter/ghee to enhance taste.
